Keto friendly restaurants

Health.com came up with a list of 14 keto friendly restaurants. But, in my opinion, just about every restaurant is a keto friendly restaurant. It all depends on your choices. A lot of people that need to stay on a strict keto diet simply request substitutes for bread and/or potatoes. In most restaurants those are the things that contain all your carbs. You also have to watch out for sauces or dressings as many of those will contain sugar or corn syrup.

I suggest you don’t limit yourself to any particular restaurants. Choose your food off the menu wisely. Skip the bread basket. Get your dressing on the side and/or request straight vinegar and olive oil. If you do that and cook for yourself at home more often you won’t run into any trouble at all.
