Tomatoes that are canned at the moment of peak ripeness and often times taste better than fresh tomatoes you find in the grocery store or farmer’s market.
Tomatoes have a low carb count compared to other types of fruit. To put it in perspective, a single small banana has about 23 grams of carbs.
